Attorney Robert E. Harris, Jr. of Detroit; crook

The State of Michigan provided Marlon Blake Evans with a law license in 1994.

Tri-County Hearing Panel # 23 found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.

While representing a client in a criminal matter, Robert violated the rule of professional conduct concerning declining or terminating representation, in that he failed to refund the unearned portion of an advance attorney fee.

In plain English, Robert is a cheater and/or thief for refusing to return to his client (victim) $5,000 for fees he never earned as was not lawfully entitled too.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the promoters of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. Moreover, the Disciplinary Board had to issue an order that Robert pay restitution of $5 ,000 to his client/victim since he obviously wasn’t about to do it voluntarily.

As we speak (ca. July 2012) Robert practices law with the Law Offices of Robert E. Harris, Jr. at 20510 Livernois Avenue in Detroit, Michigan.
