Attorney Gregory Nordt of Plantation, FL; ethical elf

The state of Florida provided Gregory Michael Nordt with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.
The Florida State Bar found Gregory guilty of the following misconduct:
  1. Failed to participate in required discovery
  2. Took actions contrary to his obligations as an Officer of the Court
  3. Failed to appear at a deposition after the court denied his motion for a protective order
  4. Submitted a proposed order w/o advising the court of opposing counsel’s objection
  5. Too actions in a bankruptcy action that he knew were without merit
As a result of Gregory’s gross negligence, the trial court dismissed his client’s lawsuit with prejudice, which means the client was fore

ver precluded from ever pursuing the legal claim in the future.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Gregory by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2012) Gregory practices with Amerihope Alliance Legal Services at 7501 NW 4th Street in Plantation, Florida.
