Attorney Douglas Younglove of Phoenix; ethical elf
The state of Arizona presented Douglas S. Younglove with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from California Western University Law School, which is 3rd tier school that accepts losers that couldn’t be accepted at mainstream law schools such as Arizona State, UCLA, University of Oregon or Pepperdine.
The Arizona State Bar found Douglas guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
Douglas’s misconduct included his failure to furnish information or respond promptly to any inquiry or request from bar counsel in regards to the disciplinary investigation. In truth, Douglas told the Bar to “kiss off.”
The Bar found three aggravating factors:
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Douglas by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. July 2012) Douglas continues to practice in the Phoenix area.
