The state of Arizona presented Randi S. Sirlin with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.
 
The Arizona State Bar found Randi guilty of engaging in the following misconduct
  1. Failed to provide competent representation to client 
  2. Violated scope of representation and allocation of authority between client and lawyer
  3. Faield to act with due diligence
  4. Faield to safeguard client property
  5. Failed to expedite litigation
  6. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  7. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  8. Failed to properly represent her clients
  9. Failed to adequately communicate with clients re: status of their cases
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Randi by gifting her with a six month suspension of her law license.
 
As we speak (ca. July 2012) Randi practices with the Sirlin Law Firm at 1747 East Morten Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
