The state of Arizona presented Scott F. Saidel with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Pace University Law School.
 
The Arizona State Bar found Walter guilty of engaging in the following misconduct
 
Scotty pled guilty to two criminal counts of endangerment, a Class 6 non-dangerous felony, for driving in excess of the speed limit causing significant and serious injuries to two passengers in his automobile.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Scott by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.
