Attorney John Gliege of Flagstaff, repeat offender

The state of Arizona presented John G. Gliege with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found John guilty of engaging in the following misconduct
  1. Wrote checks with insufficient funds (rubber) on numerous occasions
  2. Commingled client funds with his personal funds
  3. Failed to maintain proper client trust account records
  4. Repeatedly violated mandatory trust account guidelines
And of course this wasn’t John’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Three years earlier he received his first complimentary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct from the apologists sitting on the Disciplinary Commission.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished John by gifting him with yet another complimentary censure. .

Because Attorney Misfits in Arizona are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, John was never criminally charged for bouncing numerous checks.

As we speak (ca. July 2012) John continues to practice law in the Flagstaff area.
