The Arizona State Bar found William guilty of engaging in the following misconduct

William has been disciplined for engaging in misconduct several prior times. In one instance his law license was indefinitely suspended for engaging in a variety of misconduct. In another matter, he received a complimentary informal reprimand from the comedians sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court for falsely notarizing an affidavit.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished William by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2012) William practices at 222 West Gurley Street in Prescott, Arizona.
