The state of Arizona presented Eric Crocker with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Northwestern University Law School,
 
The Arizona State Bar found Eric guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
  • Failed to maintain individual client ledgers
  • Failed to safeguard funds in his trust account
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Failed to perform monthly reconciliations of his trust account
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
 
In addition, Eric was ordered to pay restitution to one client in the amount of $5,667.50.
 
As we speak (ca. July 2012) Eric practices with the Maricopa Legal Defenders Office at 222 North Central in Phoenix, Arizona.
