Attorney Robert Creem of Whitehall, PA; ethical leper-con

The state of Pennsylvania provided Robert F. Creem with a law license in 1973. .

The Disciplinary Board found Robert guilty of using client funds for his own personal use. In one client matter, Bob retained the sum of $8.000 while issues relating to a medical lien and welfare lien were yet to be resolved. In various other matters, Bobby repeatedly misappropriated (stole) clients funds.

When Bobby filed to have his law license reinstated, he found it convenient to tell a few lies on the application. One question asked if Bob had ever been involved in a civil action as a party or as one who claimed an interest, to which Bobby answered three (3). According to court dockets in Lehigh County, there were at least 37 cases in which Bobby was a party in various lawsuits.

Another question asked Bobby if there were any court judgments currently listed as unpaid. Bobby listed one judgment; however, court records proved there were at least five (5) active judgments, one of which was a $25,000 IRS lien.

Bobby’s Hyperbolic (BS) Defenses

At his reinstatement hearing, Bobby hired Dr. Daniel Goldfarb to testify that he suffered from Bipolar Disorder and mild Attention Deficit Disorder. The morons sitting on the disciplinary panel found this laughable testimony as mitigation for Bobby’s egregious misconduct.

Bobby’s so-called mild Attention Deficit Disorder didn’t prevent him from misappropriating his client’s funds. Apparently he was able to pay attention while ripping them off!

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2012) Robert practices with Creem Law Offices at 1541 Alta Drive in Whitehall, Pennsylvania.
