Attorney Craig Sokolow of Philadelphia; convict

The state of Pennsylvania provided Craig B. Sokolow with a law license in 1991.

In 1995, Craig was convicted in federal court on numerous charges of mail fraud and money laundering. He was sentenced to 92-months in prison and three years of supervised release. He was also ordered to reimburse his victims to the tune of $690,000.

The criminal conduct arose from a fraudulent insurance scheme wherein Craig ripped off persons who were insured by Blue Cross by pocketing their premiums.

As a result of his criminal conviction, Craig was disbarred in 1997. However, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court reinstated Craig’s law license in December 2008. These buffoons (my apologies to buffoons) bought into the testimony of several persons testified in support of Craig’s application for reinstatement.

The most laughable testimony came from Craig’s girlfriend, Fran Goldsleger who laughingly testified that Craig’s reputation for honesty and integrity in the community is good. Fran clearly missed her calling as a standup comedian!

Craig is just another convict operating with a law license in Pennsylvania compliments of the morons sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. July 2012) Craig practices with Sokolow & Associates at 2521 Christian Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
