Attorney David Grant of Southfield, MI; slacker, loser

The state of Michigan presented David B. Grant with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Wayne State University School of Law.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #68 found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Retained by four individuals to institute class action proceeding for termination of employment rights
• Failed to take action to institute class action proceedings for over four years
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Davey!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigative costs in the amount $1,076.66.

As we speak (ca. May 2024), Davey practices his so-called brand of law with Grant Busch Cicurel at 26555 Evergreen Road in Southfield, Michigan.
