Attorney Marc Wuthrich of Broomfield, CO; dimwit, repeat offender

Unfortunately for the residents of the state of Colorado, the Colorado Supreme Court provided Marc T. Wuthrich with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Marc guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Marc’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Mishandled his trust account in several ways
  • Improperly paid his personal and business bills out of the trust account
  • Made dozens of prohibited cash withdrawals from the trust account
  • Presented numerous items for payment from the trust account without having sufficient funds to cover those items (rubber checks)
  • Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to adequately communicate with his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

Marc’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to conduct an adequate pretrial investigation
  • Failed to competently represent his client in the pretrial and trial phases of the case (moron)
  • Failed to advise his client and the court that he could not provide his client effective counsel

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2024), Marc practices his so-called brand of law at 375 Aspen Court in Broomfield, Colorado.
