Attorney Richard Nummi of St. Petersburg, FL; ethical misfit

The State of Florida provided Richard Mark Nummi with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly held excessive fees belonging to him in his trust account
• Commingled earned fees in his trust account
• Trust account records were not in compliance with the Rules
• Failed to reasonably communicate with a client
• Failed to timely respond to the Bar’s requests for information (Up yours, said Dick!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak, (ca. April 2024), Dick practices his so-called brand of law at 701 77^th Avenue North in St. Petersburg, Florida.
