Attorney Kelsay Patterson of Tampa, FL; ethical gremlin

The State of Florida provided Kelsay Dayon Patterson with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Kelsay guilty of the following misconduct.

  • In civil rights case, Kelsay acted vexatiously throughout the litigation, multiplying and delaying the proceedings
  • Consistently alleged unfounded racial and other biased partiality on the part of opposing counsel and the judiciary
  • Misused an inadvertently disclosed fax and interrogatories in the civil rights litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Kelsay by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license effective December 2023 and he was assessed investigative costs of $2,509.37.

As we speak, (ca. April 2024), Kelsay will resume his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Kelsay Patterson in Tampa, Florida in early December 2025.
