Former Judge David Ruder of Louisburg, KS; moronic slacker

The state of Kansas provided David Ander Ruder with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Washburn University School of Law.

The Commission on Juidicial Qualifications found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Davey served as a municipal court judge while his law license was suspended
• Failed to take the magistrate exam or required CLE (Continuing Legal Education)
• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
• Failed to perform judicial and administrative dues competently (moron)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Commission on Judicial Qualifications punished Dick by issued a cease-and-desist order.

As we speak (ca. April 2024), Dick practices his so-called brand of law in Louisburg, Kansas.
