Attorney Timmy Cox Sr. of Plantation, FL; idiotic loser

The State of Florida provided Timmy W. Cox Sr. with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Conducted himself in a disrespectful manner toward a judge in sidebar and in open court during a case (Up yours, said Timmy!)
• In an adoption case, Timmy demonstrated incompetence (idiot)
• Failed to act with decorum during a adoption petition hearing
• The petition Timmy filed was legally insufficient on its face
• Timmy failed to advise the mother she was agreeing to irrevocably surrender her parental rights
• Timmy failed to appear at a properly noticed hearing on his client’s behalf

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak, (ca. April 2024), Timmy practices his so-called brand of law at 7401 S.W. 16^th Street in Plantation, Florida.
