Attorney Sarah Schielke of Loveland, CO; potty mouth loser

The District of Columbia presented Sarah Jay Schielke with a law license in 2011 after she graduated from Boston University School of Law.   

The Disciplinary Counsel found Sarah guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Used demeaning and unprofessional language in her dealing with an attorney who ran naked at a Phish concert
• Made threats of disclosure in a demand letter seeking $50,000 for her client’s injuries at a Phish concert
• In her threatening letter, Sarah called the lawyer, a violent psychopath, a violent asshole,
• Sarah went on her letter to call the lawyers a terrible fucking attorney and a disgrace to the Colorado Bar
• Sarah threatened opposing counsel she would file lawsuit in the US and Mexico, issue a press release, report the incident to the police, and release an unredacted video said to show the lawyer interacting with security at the concert
• Violated rules of conduct in representing a client by using means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay or burden a third person
• Threatened threaten criminal, administrative or disciplinary charges to obtain an advantage in a civil matter

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Sarah gifting her with a complimentary censure.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Sarah fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.lifeandliebertylaw.com. Apparently, she decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure that she would not limit her future victim pool.

As we speak, (ca. April 2024), Sarah practices her so-called brand of law with The Life & Liberty Law Office at 1055 Cleveland Avenue in Loveland, Colorado.
