Attorney Chidiebere Onukwugha of Baltimore, MD; dimwitted slacker

The state of Maryland presented Chidiebere Onukwugha with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of West Virginia School of Law. Mikey was also admitted to practice in West Virginia in1991.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Chidiebere guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to file a timely motion to withdraw his appearance after his client terminated his representation in her custody matter
• Failed to appear for a scheduling conference on client’s behalf

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Chidiebere practices his so-called brand of law with Onukwugha & Associates at 729 East Pratt Street in Baltimore, Maryland.
