Attorney Wayne Murphy of West Roxbury, MA; moronic loser

The state of Maine presented Wayne R. Murphy with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of Maine School of Law. Wayne also received a license to practice in Massachusetts in 1990.

The Grievance Commission of the Maine Board of Bar Overseers found Wayne guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Handled client matters without adequate preparation
• Neglected matters entrusted to him
• Failed to keep clients informed on the status of their affairs
• Failed to withdraw after being terminated by his clients
• Failed to deliver the clients’ failed to successor counsel

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court punished Wayne by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Wayne practices his so-called brand of law in West Roxbury, Massachusetts.
