Attorney Mark Solomon of Orlando, FL; dimwitted slacker

The state of Florida presented Mark Ellis Solomon with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The Florida Bar found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide clients with competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Negligence led to dismissal of two client cases with prejudice
• Failed to adequately communicate with his clients
• Filed a pleading wherein he cast aspersions on an appellate court panel
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Appellate court awarded attorney’s fees against Mark’s client due to his conduct
• Improperly impugned the integrity of Judges
• Failed to abide by client decisions
• Failed to expedite client litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Todd by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Mark practices his so-called brand of law at 4767 New Broad Street in Orlando, Florida in June 2022.
