Attorney Matthew Johnson of Marysville, WA; slacker, loser

The State of Washington presented Matthew Erik Johnson with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from Puget Sound University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Matty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Failed to provide competent representation in multiple bankruptcy matters(moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act with candor toward a tribunal
• Failed to promptly disclose a false statement in a Certificate of Service to the court after coming to know of its falsity
• Improperly omitted required bankruptcy relief disclosures from his website

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary 24-month suspension of his law license.   

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Matty practices his so-called brand of law at 4710 67^th Avenue NE in Marysville, Washington.
