Attorney David Parker of Springfield, MA; moronic loser

The state of Massachusetts presented David Wayne Parker with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the Western New England School of Law. Davey also obtained a license to practice in Connecticut in 2012.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence in representing minor child
• Failed to investigate whether living with father was in client’s best interest
• Committed criminal act reflecting adversely on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Misconduct caused harm to a vulnerable client
• Failed

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Davey.   

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Davey practices his so-called brand of law with the Parker Law Firm at 24 Taylor Street in Springfield, Massachusetts.
