Attorney Jennifer Stanley of Minot ND; ethical troll

The state of North Dakota presented Jennifer Marie Stanley with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Board found Jenny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Failed to act fairly in dealing with opposing party and counsel
  • Unlawfully obstructed another party’s access to evidence
  • Knowingly attempted to alter testimony or improperly influence a witness
  • Attempted to dissuade the husband from providing particular information to a tribunal
  • Jenny’s conduct was harassing, embarrassing, and burdensome to the husband
  • Violated her duties owed to the legal system

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Dakota Supreme Court punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigative costs of $2,277.86.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Jenny practices her so-called brand of law with Neigum-Stanley Law Office PC at 108 Burdick Expressway in Minot, North Dakota.
