Attorney Navjeet Ralh of Alberta, CAN; moronic slacker

The Law Society of Alberta presented Navjeet Ralh with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Navjeet guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Assisted client in obtaining a fraudulent mortgage
• Instructed his assistant to falsely witness and commission documents in furtherance of the mortgage fraud
• Failed to honor a trust condition
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act in a conscientious manner in dealing with client matters

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Navjeet by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $20,405.91. 

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Navjeet practices his so-called brand of law at 9704 39^th Avenue NW in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
