Former Judge John Bradbury of Lewiston, ID; incompetent loser

The state of Idaho provided John Howard Bradbury with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from the University of Michigan School of Law.

Louis’ incompetence took place while he was sitting as an Anchorage Superior Court judge.

In one matter, Johnny filed a lawsuit against the Idaho Judicial Council attacking the validity of the Idaho Constitution as to residency requirements for county judges.

Shortly after he filed his frivolous lawsuit, the District Court granted the Judicial Council’s motion dismissing the case.

Johnny then filed a rather laughable appeal with the Idaho Supreme Court, which he lost. In its ruling denying his appeal, the Supreme Court made the following comments about Johnny’s questionable appeal.

  • District Court did not unconstitutionally infringe Johnny's due process rights
  • Johnny failed to assert a claim upon with relief could have been granted
  • Johnny had no standing to assert claims on behalf of the public in general
  • Johnny was not in compliance with the statutory residency requirement
  • The ruling of the district court in dismissing Johnny’s case is affirmed
  • Costs of defending the case are awarded to the Judicial Council
  • Johnny was ordered to take action to comply with the Idaho Constitutional Judicial Residency Laws

And lastly, it goes without saying that Johnny didn’t much care when he’s overturned (rebuked in truth) by the appellate court since he fully understands no Alaskan judge had ever been tossed off the bench for being an incompetent boob, and additionally the only folks who suffered financially were Dussault and the taxpayers.

As we speak (ca. February 2024), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law at 729 Preston Avenue in Lewiston, Idaho.
