The Victoria Law Society presented Philip James Beazley with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of New South Wales School of Law.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Phil guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with a section 660 Notice requiring practitioner to provide certain information
• Failed to assist the Law Society with its investigation of a complaint (Up yours, said Phil!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and fined $1,000.00.

• Failed to deposit trust money in a trust account
• Breached of section 260 LPA 2004 - intermixing trust money
• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and fined $6,000.00.
