Judge Kenneth Hosford of Bristol, FL; moronic scofflaw

The state of Florida presented John B. Flynn with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University School of Law.

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission found Kenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in improper ex parte (one-sided) conversation with Assistant State Attorney
  • Told prosecutor that his job is to “back up your sheriff, to back
  • up your officer... And to back up your judge”
  • Kenney made statements suggesting that he made rulings or decisions that “erred” on the side
  • of supporting law enforcement on cases “that the community was upset
  • about”
  • Kenny described the Forehand case as causing “an uproar” and signed an arrest warrant despite seeing the “obvious...thinness” of probable cause for said action
  • Discussed giving investigative advice to the law enforcement investigator in the Forehand matter
  • Failed to uphold the integrity and independence of the judiciary
  • Failed to avoid impropriety or the appearance of impropriety
  • Allowed social or political relationships to influence his judicial conduct or judgment
  • Lent the prestige of his judicial office to advance his private interests or that others
  • Conveyed or permitted others to convey the impression that they were in a special position to influence Kenny
  • Failed to be faithful to the law (scofflaw)
  • Failed to maintain professional competence in the law (moron)
  • Improperly made pledges, promises or commitments inconsistent with the impartial performance of the adjudicative duties of his judicial office
  • Failed to disqualify himself from a case and/or cases when disqualification was required

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Kenny by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Kenny continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Liberty County Judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Bristol, Florida.
