Attorney John Rogers of Tampa, Fl; moronic slacker

The State of Florida provided John James Rogers with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to several appellate court orders (Up yours, said Johnny!)
• Failed to appear at the first order to show cause hearing in a matter where he represented a defendant regarding an appeal of a denial of a motion to suppress
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and he was assessed investigative costs of $1,250.00.

As we speak, (ca. January 2024), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of John J. Rogers PA at 1228 East 7^th Avenue in Tampa, Florida.
