Judge Daniel Procaccini of Providence, RI; ethical gremlin

The state of Rhode Island provided Daniel A. Procaccini with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.

Retired Judge Stephen Erickson found Danny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Violated Code of Judicial Conduct by ordering Attorney General Peter F. Neronha to appear in court without providing a reason
  • Exhibited a lack of wisdom and restraint
  • Improperly made comments about facts provided and statements made by an attorney who was not, in fact, entered in the case directly, well after the case was terminated
  • Failed to uphold and apply the law (scofflaw)
  • Failed to perform all duties of judicial office fairly and impartially

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Danny by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Rhode Island Supreme Court.

As we speak, (ca. January 2024), Danny continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Superior Court Judge in Providence, Rhode Island.
