Attorney Brian Taubman of Cleveland, OH; ethical dwarf

The state of Ohio presented Brian Mathew Taubman with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Capital University School of Law.

The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Made false statement of fact or law to a tribunal
• Improperly accepted money for future legal work, outside the scope of court appointments
• It was only after an investigation was initiated that Brian returned $650 to Mr. Keaton that he improperly solicited

The only thing remaining is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Brian by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Brian practices his so-called brand of law at 119 West Columbus Street in Pickerington, Ohio.
