Attorney Thomas Zablocki of Franklin, WI; thief, repeater

The state of Wisconsin presented Thomas E. Zablocki with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found John guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to cooperate with grievance investigators (Up Yours said Tommy!)
  2. Engaged in misconduct involving mishandling of trust accounts
And this wasn’t Tom’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. The comedians sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court previously gifted him with a complimentary reprimand for his conduct while representing both partices (twofer) in a divorce proceeding.
  1. Failing to refund an unearned fee (thief)
  2. Failing to keep complete trust account records
  3. Engaging in a conflict of interest
As a consequence of his 4th bite at the Misfit Tree, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished John by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2012) Thomas practices law 7644 South 70th Street in Franklin, Wisconsin.
