Attorney Jeffrey Hunter of Pickerington, OH; moronic slacker

The state of Ohio presented Jeffrey Dwight Hunter with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Toledo School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Jeff guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Jeff’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to take mandatory Continuing Legal Education (CLE) classes

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting 30-day suspension of his law license and sanctioned him in the amount of $150.00.

Jeff’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to take mandatory Continuing Legal Education (CLE) classes

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting 30-day suspension of his law license and sanctioned him in the amount of $300.00.

Jeff’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Knowingly made false statement to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Jeff!)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Waited nearly three years to refund unearned fee of $2,500 to client

The only thing remaining is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jeff by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
