Attorney Peter Parlow of Lowell, MA; ethical gremlin

The state of Massachusetts presented Peter J. Parlow with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the Nova Southeastern University School of Law. Pete also obtained a license to practice in Florida in 1998.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Pete guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Pete was not entirely candid with us about his misconduct (Up yours, said Pete!)
• Failed to display true remorse regarding his misconduct
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Client was harmed as a result of Pete’s misconduct
• The integrity of the legal system suffered because of Pete’s misconduct
• Due to Pete’s conduct, additional legal proceedings were necessary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

And lastly, as one would suspect, Pete fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.dcnlawoffice.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Pete practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Peter J. Parlow at 212 Central Street in Lowell, Massachusetts.
