Attorney Marc Gordon of Chestnut Hill, MA; convicted of vehicular homicide

The state of Massachusetts presented Marc J. Gordon with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Boston College School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Marc guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of the misdemeanor crime of motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation
  • Conduct involved Marc driving through an intersection in Quincy, Massachusetts and fatally striking a pedestrian
  • Conduct constituting crime and reflecting adversely on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Marc practices his so-called brand of law at 79 Florence Street in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.
