Solicitor Andy Pham of New South Wales; ethical gremlin

The Law Society presented Andy Vuong Duc Pham with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

TheQueensland Civil and Administrative found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Failed to comply with LPA/LPUL rules and regulations

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a fine of $20,000.00.
