Attorney George Ingram of Pineville, KY; slacker, loser

The state of Kentucky presented George Michael Ingram with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Georgie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Georgie!)

Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

Used means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person, or used methods of obtaining evidence that violated the legal rights of such a person

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court punished Georgie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.   

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Georgie practices his so-called brand of law at 304 Pine Street in Pineville, Kentucky.
