Attorney Mark Niemi of Lexington, KY; cheating loser

The state of Kentucky presented Mark Patrick Niemi with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act fairly with opposing party and counsel
  • Engaged in unauthorized practice of law
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mark!)
  • Failed to keep informed of status of matter
  • Failed to give reasonable notice to the client regarding intent to withdraw representation
  • Failed to return any unearned fees (cheater)
  • Failed to reasonably protect the client's interests upon the termination of the attorney-client relationship

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Mark practices his so-called brand of law at 33318 Coldstream Drive in Lexington, Kentucky.
