Attorney Bradley Abbas of Phoenix, AZ; ethical goblin

The state of Arizona presented Bradley Abbas with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Arizona State University School of Law.

As one would suspect, this isn’t Brad’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The Arizona State Bar found Brad guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to appear for his client’s arbitration hearing in a personal injury matter
  • Brad’s failure to appear at arbitration hearing, the court dismissed the client’s case
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Brad!)
  • Exhibited indifference to making restitution to his clients
  • Misconduct involved selfish motive
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Failed to advise his client of court’s dismissal of his case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $1,231.64.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Brad practices his so-called practice of law at 3001 East Camelback Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
