Attorney Jeremy LaPointe of Winchendon, MA; lying loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Jeremy L. LaPointe with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Jerry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Caused harm to be inflicted upon his client
• Failed to take significant action on client’s case
• Failed to provide documents to the insurer
• Failed to file the case within the statute of limitations
• Repeatedly and knowingly lied to his client
• Lied to client that the insurer had made a settlement offer
• Fabricated a letter to mislead his client into believing that he had actually settled her claim with the insurer
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Jerry by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Jerry practices his so-called brand of law at 3 Central Street in Winchendon, Massachusetts.
