Attorney Paul Los of North Dartmouth, MA; ethical misfit

The state of Massachusetts presented Paul R. Los with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Southern New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Paulie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Prepared client trust instrument that potentially provided a substantial gift to Paulie’s son
• At the time of the client’s death, the client trust held $431,000
• The client’s daughter was alive and eligible to receive the trust assets pursuant to the terms of the trust

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.    

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Paulie practices his so-called brand of law with South Coast Law at 106 State Road in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts.
