Attorney John Pisano of Cranford, NJ; ethical elf

The state of New Jersey presented John J. Pisano with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to set forth in writing the basis or rate of the legal fee
  • Engaged in a concurrent conflict of interest
  • Failed to communicate the basis or rate of his fee, in writing, before or within a reasonable time after commencing representation
  • Engaged in the simultaneous representation of a driver and passenger in an automobile accident

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Johnny makes no mention of his misconduct as set forth above on his self-serving website at www.myinjurylawyersnj.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. December 2023), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of John J. Pisano at 123 North Union Avenue in Cranford, New Jersey.
