Attorney Morris Bramlett II of Rogersville, AL; convicted druggie

The state of Alabama presented Morris Hammack Bramlett with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Morris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia in Limestone County, Alabama
  • Failed to cooperate with request for trust account records (Screw you, said Morris!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Morris by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Morris practices his so-called brand of law in Rogersville, Alabama.
