Attorney Charles Reese of Daleville, AL; tax scofflaw

The state of Alabama and Tennessee presented Charles Neville Reese with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the Jones School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Charlie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to satisfy his personal tax obligations
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

And lastlyas one would suspect, Charlie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.alabamalaw.net. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Charlie practices his so-called brand of law with Reese & Reese at 1 Old Towne Square in Daleville, Alabama.
