Attorney Mark Angelos of Denver, CO; ethical dwarf

The state of Colorado presented Mark Thomas Angelos with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Denver School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Wrote checks for cash from his trust account to pay personal expenses
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Negligently exercised dominion and control over the clients’ funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Mark practices his so-called brand of law in Denver, Colorado.
