Attorney Andrey Zielyk of Morristown, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Andrey V. Zielyk with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Andy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary censure and an admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Eddie!)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to file required affidavit following temporary suspension of law license

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Andy practices his so-called brand of law at 65 Madison Avenue in Morristown, New Jersey.
