Attorney Elizabeth Sundby of Fargo, ND; ethical misfit

The state of North Dakota presented Elizabeth Jane Sundby with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from the University of North Dakota School.

The Disciplinary Board found Liz guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with her client
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Neglected several client matters

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Dakota Supreme Court punished Liz by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Liz fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.sundbylaw.com. Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective client for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2023), Bruce practices his so-called brand of law with the Sundby Law Office at 1205 16^th Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota.
