Attorney Monica Savidge of Wilmington, NC;  ethical dwarf

The state of North Carolina presented Monica Rathke Savidge with a law license in 1996 afters he graduated from George Washington University School of Law.

As one would suspect, this isn’t Kenny’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Monica guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Mishandled entrusted client funds
• Failed to conduct required trust account reviews and reconciliations,
• Made misrepresentations to the Grievance Committee (Up yours, said Monica!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Monica by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 3-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the North Carolina Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to

Monica.
