Attorney Frank Viteritto of Irvington, NJ; ethical troll

The state of New Jersey presented Frank A. Viteritto with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Frankie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Made false statements to a tribunal
  • Failed to set forth in writing basis or rate of his fee
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Frankie!)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2023), Frankie practices his so-called brand of law at 664 Stuyvesant Avenue in Irvington, New Jersey.
