Attorney Allison Belcher of Lutz, FL; slacker, loser

The State of Florida provided Allison A. Belcher with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar Disc found Allison guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of pending matter
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to inform a client that she was not providing representation on behalf of the firm
• Failed to inform the client that she was representing the client privately

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Allison by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2023), Allison practices her so-called brand of law with the Law Firm of Knox and Belcher at 2541 Green Forest Lane in Lutz, Florida.
