Attorney Daun Weiers of Lexington Park, MD; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Daun Robert Weiers with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Daun guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Daun!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Daun by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. October 2023), Daun practices his so-called brand of law at 47404 Topaz Lane in Lexington Park, Maryland.
